Oops moment. Bloody ShefU beaten? At least they'll now have to claw their way back into the play offs. Now more than ever it's in our own hands. Fingers crossed, bum twitching time.

We're going down, Parkinson had his chances of going for it against Leeds and Brum but he bottled it AGAIN.

So you've picked two right sided centre backs - which one would you play on the left out of their natural position?
You go for Karacan who is not a natural holding player to play in the holding role.
You have gone for Alf as the striker - but haven't answered how you would get the ball to him - from Wheater's hoofs from the back or the crosses from the wings, I assume you aren't expecting Karacan to be supplying the through ball from his holding position?
The thing is anyone can list eleven players but they still have to gel as a team and I can't work out from your selection how Alf is going to get much of the ball if his main supply is going to come from the air and not being played through on the ground - any more than Pakinson's team selections that you are consistently critical of.
Fair play for you replying though.
What's you team, Sluffy?

Are you still going for Wilbraham up top?
I'd start with Ameobi up top for this one but with with an eye on replacing him with Wilbraham. Best approach given the capabilities of this limited squad and manager, especially as they were absolutely screwed in the transfer window.

I agree, Rammy, on the outside chance, like Barnsley (Spit) beating SheffU, Everton drawing with a resurgent Liverpool, I'm hoping our lot can suddenly find some skill and energy to get a result against Derby. Brum v Burton could be interesting and while I'm not one to be grasping at straws, I'm now grasping at straws.rammywhite wrote:Bollotom2014 wrote:Oops moment. Bloody ShefU beaten? Strange team selection IMO inasmuch he's gone for Robinson and Little either side of a back 3, but is still insisting on playing a target man in Wilbraham. Hardly the wholesale changes he implied he was considering in the media as he's simply reverted to a system he's used with mixed results previously.

After the Barnsley result the league table could look very scary this evening.
If we win and Burton stuff Brum, then we''ll be okay.
Shit, it's scary already.

Let's be honest, we are fcuking DOOMED.
But Grandad could get a hat-trick today.
See, there's always hope.

Once again we're begging others to do the job for us. We've been fortunate so far,but our luck might just be running out.
