I foolishly let Sandra organise the Christmas party this year and she has chosen Funny Girls in Blackpool.

Has anyone been? It seems like some sort of cabaret show which sounds very 1980's to me.

Make sure you wear a t-shirt with "I don't work here!" on the front otherwise you may get mithered.

I take it all the "funny girls" are hot women in their late 20s?

You see...you can do irony if you try hard enough. Well done!

Predictable snipes.

Has anyone actually been? Do they have nice wines?

No.

I get my daily fix of being talked down to in a patronising tone by a middle-aged man pretending to be a glamorous woman on here thanks, and so don't feel the need to drive to Blackpool to experience something similar.

If that comment comes on the back of Lusty's suggestion that you've finally mastered irony, it would appear that he's jumped the gun and offered you undue praise, as you clearly haven't......

I'm not getting involved in this.
I'm still reeling from the mental image of Breadman 'jerking uncontrollably' yesterday.
I can't even remember why.
Nat commented 'Disgusting'. I quite agree.
I've had to up my tablets thanks to this.

It was just the knees, don't worry.

I'd be more concerned about Magoo telling us that he's "having his Birthday Bash" on Saturday, if I were you.

I'd have thought he'd do "it" more often than once a year on his birthday, if I'm honest.

He's going to make a right mess and I hope Mrs M's got a decent mop and bucket......

Funnily enough, I got chatting to this hot bit of stuff on a visit to Funny Girls recently.

She told me she worked in Preston. I think she was called Sandra or something like that.

Tinned Toms - You know it makes sense!

Be careful people people, Okocha is online. It won't be much longer before Whittams Facebook profile is posted and you'll be asked to make an apology and accused of being a daily mail reading bully.

Fair warning.

Yeah, what was all that about?

I missed it with being on holiday and only skimmed through it when I came back.

Strange episode.

An feud with Okocha?

No chance, he's far too educated for me to argue with.  It would be like Scott trying to win a battle of wits with Stephen Hawking. I wouldn't stand a chance. By the time I'd deciphered what Okocha was on about with my Oxford English dictionary he would have long since logged out.
