I've got a signed football, but can't read the signatures. Maybe I should have looked after it instead of chucking it in the shed

I'm worse than that, after a while we played with it. At the time non of us could afford a proper "casie" so the getting to play with a professional standard ball outweighed the signatures.

I think it was this one we had as kids but I only remember having one of them as they didn't last as long on tarmac/concrete.

I remember these being around 12 quid.

Had plenty of these ones as a kid as they lasted much longer although you had more chance of these popping from spikes on bushes etc.

These were about 8 quid I think.

These didn't half sting if someone booted it at your legs.

We always had the trophy one shown but you had to blow it up just below maximum because if you blew it up solid it was like a rock.

was it this one

You couldn't beat one of these for fun.

Used to boot one of these around the street at cars and people and anything else in the way with no damage done. Very Happy

always got them on holiday for on the beach, if players think modern footballs move in the air now I'd love to see them face a free-kick with one of those babies.

Did you use a pump KP,or is your expertise behind the bins a direct result of blowing the buggers up with your mouth? Very Happy

Did anyone play with those Cheap balls, they were just a bit better than a beach ball and used to get caught in the wind and blow back you when you kicked them ... Desperate times or even with a burst one  Very Happy

Those balls were a nightmare. We even tried playing with a medicine ball.

I don't recommend it.The Matchday Programme - Page 2 Cast-smiley

How times change. On the left is a full season of programmes from the Wanderers 1959/60 season.
On the right, a full season from 2016/17.
No wonder storage is becoming a problem.

Tuesday's programme was a bit thin. Why didn't they just sell the original one. Got two now for the same match. Neutral

You should consider yourself lucky, I'm pretty sure they only produce one for you. I've never seen anyone else with a programme.

Come to think of it, I don't see many myself. Wonder how many get sold?
They'll probably do away with them soon. I'll probably have to put away my rattle as well.
