Pretty pathetic. Might be an idea to line them up and show them what a real punch is.

What a day. Mum had another fall, tripping over her walking stick believe it of not. Luckily nothing is broken, but she's bruised and has the makings of a nice shiner. Not much fun at 90.
I'm staying with her for the time being, so might have to give the game a miss on Saturday.

Sorry to hear about your Mum, hope she feels better soon.

But if you were looking after me with your accident record I'd be begging you to feck off.

Thanks Nat. I think falling over runs in the family. I'm pretty sure the rest of the family will come to her rescue soon.
Can you put coloured in with white on an eco wash? How do you turn a washer on?

I'm sorting through my slipper collection. Always a sad time for me as I decide which pairs will stay, and which are going to slipper heaven to make room for new blood.
I'll probably shed a tear or two.

I've got to get the blue bin out later, so venturing outside takes some thinking about. I've ditched the slippers for today, and I'm wearing these. Not quite as comfortable, but almost, and I feel confident that I can get the bin out without putting any slippers at risk. Troubling times. Think feet.

Very snazzy trainers Bonce.

It just shows that you are capable of wearing something else apart from Velcro! Very Happy

From a  fellow fan of Mary Chapin Carpenter.
There's also a live version of this but it misses the plaintiff cello of this studio version here........

Stunning as ever.
I'm amazed at the number of people who look at me blankly when I mention her name.
I envy anyone discovering her for the first time. She's posting from her kitchen for now.

Excellent. So many great musicians out there. Pity mainstream TV can't see them.

Had some odd messages in my spam box this week. One in particular caught my eye, from a young lady by the name of Latrina.
Apparently, she's tired of dull men, and considers me to be the answer.
Best not to click on these things of course, so she'll never know what a tragic error she'd have made.

Is she the girl in the Tena advert?

Had one from 'Jovita' now. She's apparently sent me the key to her favourite photo album.

She'll have a shock if I send her the key to mine. I'm not sure Warwick Rimmer would cut it.

Had a call from an old work colleague today, during which he mentioned air fryers. He raves about them on a regular basis, but he's yet to persuade me.
I might order one, if only for something to do.

Having read about the footballers attempting their own haircuts, I decided, in my wisdom, that I should do the same.
It hasn't gone down well. I've been told to stay in my room and consider my future.
I look like a cross between Geronimo and Blackadder.

Worryingly, I've started wearing a dressing gown during the day. God knows I must be a sight, even without the haircut.
My brother sent me a link to a toilet light. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Caxmtu-Nightlight-Detection-Sensitive-Battery-operated/dp/B01NAN0BMK/ref=sr_1_151?dchild=1&keywords=wallpaper+rolls&qid=1585737222&s=kitchen&sr=1-151

He needs to find something more productive to do. I notice it's 'motion activated'.  Shocked
