The Chairman is pleased to announce that an agreement in principle has been reached that will result in Inner Circle Investments selling its total shareholding in Burnden Leisure.
A period of due diligence has now begun, once this process has been completed and the requirements of the EFL have been satisfied a further announcement will be made to supporters.

WANDERERS’ search for new ownership is close to a conclusion, the club has announced.

A statement released this morning confirmed that an agreement in principle has been reached for Ken Anderson to sell his 94.5 per cent stake in the club’s parent company, Burnden Leisure.

The Bolton News understands that the Future Ventures consortium headed by Parminder Basran and Sharron Brittan has now entered into a period of exclusivity and could complete the deal by the end of this week.

The statement read: “The Chairman is pleased to announce that an agreement in principle has been reached that will result in Inner Circle Investments selling its total shareholding in Burnden Leisure.

A period of due diligence has now begun, once this process has been completed and the requirements of the EFL have been satisfied a further announcement will be made to supporters.”

Theyre wealthy compared to me and you. But compared to other club owners they're paupers.

You don’t know what I’m worth.

Also, I doubt they’d agree to pay all these debts and other ridiculous prices for KA if they didn’t have any clout

I know nothing about them but I hope they have real money rather than another stop-gap group who will sell us on in two years. I'm talking about billions not millions.....we shall see.

If they had real money they wouldn't be buying a tin pot club like this would they.

Dan Roan: I understand the consortium close to buying Bolton Wanderers is being led by businessman Parminder Basran, founder of investment firm VGC Partners, alongside businesswoman Sharon Brittan & entrepreneur Jeff Thomas

Who is JEFF THOMAS?

Plenty of info online on the other two investors.

According to Google he is an American footballer, but they also say Ken Anderson is a wrestler so wouldn't believe everything they say.
