Just checked and i do have a code to watch this free, it was because of the issues during the Bradford game so ST holders check your emails.

I got mine some time ago, and it's a one use code. So far though, the two youngsters I bought ST's for haven't received one. I'll have to look into it.

Blimey. Mine went through ok, but you have to put your card details in before they knock the ten quid off.
I'll be glad to be back in the ground, if only to make life simpler.

Correct Bonce i put my card details in just wondering now if after putting in the code in if i failed to apply the code? usually it removes the £10 and shows nil . That didn't happen so i just hit the button thinking it would show nil but took my cash instead lol

You certainly need to hit the apply button. It then shows the £10 deducted.

This is such an important game. If we win, it suggests we are on the right path with Evatt for now - if we lose it suggests Evatt is naive.
As mentioned elsewhere, these three games against the bottom three teams will define our season.
Squeaky bum time as they said in the noughties or whenever.

Sounds like our game against Southend might be off as they’ve had a COVID outbreak so not great for building momentum.

First things first, must beat Stevenage though. Surely it will be the same team as Salford.

Totally agree but just when you thought they couldn't buy a win all three performed well last week, Thinking Scunthorpe will be the biggest test, but if we have any hope for this season it starts here today at 3pm.

Just to illustrate how crazy this league is, if we were told that in November we would be 3 points behind Salford we would have been happy enough lol.  We have had a roller coaster start bordering on farcical at times, yet we are still only 7 points off the play offs. Lot still in play.

Stevenage FC was founded in 1976, 44 years ago. It was the UK`s first New Town, under the New Town act in 1946.
The 1945 Clement Atlee Government, after the Labour Party had won a landslide victory in 1945, set up a New Towns commision to consider how to best repair and rebuild Urban Communities ravaged by World War Two.
This is possibly the first time these two teams have met.

Preview: Stevenage vs. Bolton Wanderers

Wanderers are back on their travels tomorrow with a first ever trip to Stevenage in Sky Bet League Two. Following four successive home fixtures against Mansfield Town, Crewe Alexandra, Salford City and Newcastle United U21s, Ian Evatt’s men make a trip to the Lamex Stadium.

Pre-Match Quotes:

Ian Evatt: ‘It’ll be tough, they’ll be hard to beat. They haven’t conceded too many goals, but they’re not scoring many either; Alex (Revell) is a young manager and it’s his first year in the job. Bolton Wanderers are a big scalp for any club as we’ve spoken about before, and we have to go there with the right attitude and mentality, and make sure we start the game well. If we do, and perform to the levels I know we can, then I’m hopeful that we’ll get three points.’

Alex Revell: ‘We know it’s going to be a tough game because they’re a good side, but when the players have that self-belief and it clicks, then I’m sure we’ll be an excellent side as well. They’ve got a great squad and some really top talent, but they have a new manager and like anything, it takes time. We’ve really got to focus on ourselves and the way we play because we’ve had some excellent performances that haven’t been rewarded because we haven’t taken our chances.’

How to watch:

Wanderers supporters can watch the clash with Stevenage by purchasing an iFollow BWFC video match pass for just £10 you don’t have to miss a kick.

An iFollow BWFC video match pass will ensure supporters do not miss a minute of the action, with the entire match streamed through any compatible laptop, computer, tablet or mobile device in the United Kingdom.

Team News:

Harry Brockbank continues his recovery from a hamstring injury, so he’s unlikely to be named in the matchday squad, whilst Dennis Politic of course continues his own recovery from a long-term knee injury.

Matt Gilks is likely to retain his place between the sticks after playing in Wanderers’ last Sky Bet League Two fixture against Salford City. George Thomason returned from his loan spell at Bamber Bridge and produced an impressive cameo during the midweek Papa John’s Trophy victory against Newcastle United Under-21s, and he could well be a part of the travelling squad this weekend.

In the Stevenage camp, Alex Revell boasts an almost full fit squad to choose from. Only duo Jack Aitchison and Elliot Osborne are out of contention with recently sustained ankle injuries

Bookies Odds:

Stevenage win: 8/5

Draw: 11/5

Bolton win: 8/5

Correct as of 20/11/2020 (2.30pm) on skybet.com

Form:

Wanderers head into the weekend’s match buoyed by back-to-back wins in all competitions for the first time this season. Securing three points in a 2-0 Sky Bet League Two victory against Salford City last week, Ian Evatt’s men defeated Newcastle United Under-21s 3-2 in the Papa John’s Trophy earlier in the week.

The last away fixture saw Wanderers beaten 4-0 at Leyton Orient, and they will be hoping to fare much better on the road this time around – aiming for a second league away win of the season, and the first since a 2-1 win against Harrogate Town at Doncaster Rovers’ Keepmoat Stadium.

Stevenage lost on penalties in the Papa John's Trophy at League One Northampton Town during the week and drew their last Sky Bet League Two fixture 1-1 at Morecambe. Previous to that they were beaten 3-1 at Colchester United and have won just a single game in the league this season – a 3-0 home victory against Oldham Athletic on the second weekend of the 2020/21 season.

Last time out:

Saturday’s fixture will be the first ever meeting between the two teams.

Good performance, shouldn’t have been a nervy finish but they saw it out well at the end. Thought Baptiste and Jones had good games today. Onto the next one and up the league.

We bossed the game until they scored at the end of the first half.  After that we were very nervy and seem to have our backs against the wall.  But we got the vital 3 points.  Next up we have another away game against Scunthorpe.  Hopefully another 3 points!
