Are we still all picking Trafford after those 3 soft goals?

We're missing a trick here. I'd definitely start with Hopkinson.

The fact that he died in 2004, aged 68, is something of a blow, but a good rub down with the magic sponge works wonders.

Fossey might need to take the goal kicks.

I think the defenders are more confident with Trafford in goal. He has a confidence and swagger that matches his youth. Hopefully conceding three against Burton hasn't dented these, and we see him back to his shithousery on Saturday.

It wouldn't surprise me if some folk changed their mind but for me he wasn't at fault for any of them. It could be argued that he might have come off his line to try to punch or catch the balls into the box but there was a crowd of players in front of him on all three occasions and it would have been a reckless gamble. He put faith in his defenders and they let him down.
Is he better than Dixon? I don't know, but those goals didn't really tell us anything on that score.

I thought they looked saveable - even if he was not at fault. Although, another clean sheet today and good when called upon.
