The weather should be nice in Blackpool on the 24th. I might take my bucket and spade.

Who the fuck are Yovil?

Looking forward to having more away fans than home fans at the DW...

The above fixtures are incorrect. We have been given a very tough opening gambit.

So if these are not the correct fixtures, what are?

We definitely need to hit the ground running with this fixture list. If we're not in the mix after a couple of months we're going to have another round of sack the manager from the unrealistic expectations brigade. The last thing we need is another disrupted season or the rebuilding process will never get off the ground.

So about as hard as you could have asked for.

Business as usual.

It'll be interesting to see how the team fares against this level of competition compared to OC whose plans and preparation were disrupted in the pre-season. If you recall, tough early fixtures and injuries were blamed for our poor start last season. We really do need to start well this time and steal a march on the other contenders.

Coyle had a massive list on who was to blame. Unfortunately, his name was never on that list.

Imagine how Owen Coyle must be feeling. His first competitive match for the Piemen is a small matter of a trip to Wembley to face Utd. He must have nightmares every time Wembley is mentioned.

its a tough start with us playing 2 relegated sides so early, i think Reading will do well as they have kept most of their squad together. As for QPR no idea who will be playing for them once wheeler dealer Harry gets going! I can't imagine a lot of the mercenaries they signed last season for big money will fancy playing in the Championship.
