Mark Hughes is one of the game's coldest characters.

An A-level teacher of mine at the time he was managing City had it on good authority that after they got knocked out of the Carling Cup to poor opposition, he organised a meeting with all the minor staff at the club, i.e. tea ladies, groundsman, kit man, etc. to accuse them of not pulling their weight and suggested that it was having an adverse effect on the team.

He's always thought he's that bit better than he actually is, and if there's any justice in the world, he will continue to prove at QPR that he's not half as special as he believes and in a few years he'll be lucky to be considered by bottom half clubs like ourselves.

Yes compare Hughes and O'Neill in terms of what they have achieved in management and the immediate impact they have had on their respective new clubs this season. Hughes is incredibly over-rated as a manager and I would love to see QPR relegated simply because he's their manager.

The only manager in the recent past who was as over-rated as him was Bryan Robson.
