i can't get to the match tonight now as i've just found out that again there are no trains running from Horwich Parkway after 9.30pm Mad.

Couple this with the closing of Bolton station for 5 months at weekends and the knock on effect this will have on me getting to the match, i'm thoroughly fed up, it's almost like they don't want me to go to the games.

And before the usual suspects pipe up about being a shit fan, no i can't walk home to Burnage. Rant over!

You would have thought that on weekday match days that they would have put trains on at Horwich Parkway.

Am I missing something? scratch

Can't believe that they will be closing Bolton station on weekends though to fix the bridge, it is going to be chaos and the replacement buses are terrible!

You would have thought that they would be working on it in the early hours to reduce disruption!

it's something to do with electrical improvements on the line KP, but you would think they could do it a bit later at night, but nevermind i'll be on the chatbox later.

i'll have to see how it affects me next season, the work is meant to start May to October so i may end up missing a few games at the start of next season.

i've been a season tixcket holder since 1995 they should send a car to pick me up i think Very Happy

It's just excuses.

I once hitch-hiked from Little Lever to Hull with several dodgy characters just to make a Friday night game at Hull.

Ponce.

Tinned Toms - You know it makes sense!

Shouldn't they be putting on replacement bus services?

You utter ponce. You're a grown man, you don't have to be in bed for 11pm you know.

Some things are too obvious to have to state.

Can you not jump on one of the buses outside the ground after the match then get a train from Bolton?

From memory, the one that goes down Chorley Old Rd gets to Moor Lane in about half an hour.
