The fixtures are scheduled to be released tomorrow morning at 9AM.  Hoping we get a few straight forward games to begin with. (if there is such a thing) as its vital we get a good start if we want to have a chance of the play offs.

We'll most likely end up with Burnley for our opening game.

I think our every opening match since we came down has been away.

It'd be nice to start the season at home for once.

4 away in a row! Bit much that.

Thought four in a row away was a bit much.

Still, very tough start

Reading through the fixture list makes you realize how many difficult teams there now are in this league. It's going to be a very difficult year, right from the off. Can't see us being competitive given the squad we currently have and how little money Lennon has to play with.

I can't get excited about this.

Meh. To be honest, I'm struggling to think of any combination of opening fixtures I'd expect us to get off to a flying start from.

I'd expect 6 points from that bunch.

I'd prefer that as I'm still on holiday then- like lots of other people. The season starts about 4 weeks too soon!

You should fly back for the game and then fly back to your holiday destination after the game. Call yourself a supporter, you clearly don't know the meaning of the word. Perfect example of a shit fan you Rammy  Very Happy

Quite right. My Uncle died the day before the first home game of last season, but still made it to his seat for the kick off.
Proper supporter.

My inlaws used to have a caravan in Wales so we used to go there on many a weekend. The missus used to get properly pissed off with me because I insisted on driving back for the match on a Saturday then going back to Wales after the game. I couldn't bear to miss a match back then.

I know- I'm quite ashamed of myself- but I'll be in  Penang on holiday and its more than just a bus ride from Great Moor street. But I'll do my best- I promise!!
