If that Kasabian guitarist can pull off a finish like that and John Bishop can produce such a sweet shot from outside the box whilst 70,000 people watch how can Premiership footballers deliver some of the terrible efforts which they do.

Im thinking actually of when I went to the Sunderland game, each player had a few pre match shots against Bogdan.. N'gog didn't score any..

The celebs that played last night were better than the majority of our squad. Gerard Butler was up and down for the 75 minutes he played, superb for a big man.

The guy from Kasabian obviously has some ability, I remember when he did this on Soccer AM

I think one of my favourite quotes was:

Tyldsley: Did you ever get a goal here Graham?

Tayor: No, but I was a full back.

Tyldsley: Hes a guitarist.

either that or walking in to the room whilst Gerard Bulter was shouting 'Tonight We Dine in Hell!!!'

That made me laugh even though it was a bit snide and I can't stand that scum-loving twat Clive Tyldsley who doesn't understand footie, is always trying to be contraversial and commentates in headlines.

The standard was absolutely shocking, as you'd expect.

Olly Murrs was a good standard, he could play in league 2 easily, as could probably the members of JLS who had all apparently had trials as young lads.

Was a shocking incident with Gordon Ramsay hope the big man makes a swift recovery.

I trust you are joking. Will Ferrell put in more challenges than Mark Davies and Pratly combined.

No, it wasn't world class but it was no better than anything we witnessed at Bolton last season. Bolton couldn't pass to save their lives.

No it wasn't.

the standard was abysmal bar a couple of good moments from Kevin Phillips and Seedorf.

The celebs i mentioned above stood out but were still poor.

You're right, the ROW goal was rubbish Rolling Eyes

When did a Bolton winger last cut inside and chip the keeper? 1976?

No that was a great goal, but it doesn't mean he's a better standard than a professional footballer, as you're well aware because you're on another wind up mission.

even you scored a volley from 30 yards and somehow didn't make womans professional football?! Why not?!

I can think of one particularly glaring reason but im sure with the right underwear you could have got on a team.

You think a thong would have worked better?

I hate that little bell from JLS. He was fast and had some skill but hes such a cocky t~@t, always lost the ball because he just wouldn't pass, thought he was the next Cristiano Ronaldo, give him a huge contract and you could call him Nani.

loved it when Keane crunched him

I thought it was quite amusing seeing Ramsay getting setting off. Fcuk me that was a turn-up for the books.
