A house a few doors down has now decided to stick the illuminated window decorations up that light the whole street up this weekend along with the tree I can see in the front room. Shocked

I did my back in climbing into the loft to get our decorations down.

Turns out they were in the cupboard under the sink. Embarassed

we have to put the tree up this weekend even though it won't even be December. It's Mrs Pig's favourite time of year so she's been on red alert getting ready for this for months already  santa

You're turning into a massive twat now norpig. It's one thing after another with you. First you piss off supporting city. Then you decide you're off supporting United. You go and watch a gig instead of going to the match and now you're putting your Christmas tree up in November. All this on top of being a serial killer. You'll be telling me you don't like tinned tomatoes next.  Evil or Very Mad

You're suppose to put your tree up this weekend, Sunday is the first day of Advent. I only know because the radio told me yesterday.

I usually put the decorations up for the 1st December.  This year we are going to get a real tree for a change.  Never had one do will be nice to have.

I love real trees, we have had a plastic one for the last few years.

When we lived on great moor street in bolton, the old school rooms flats, the ceilings where really high and we used to get 15 footers.  only problem was they where probably 10 feet wide too Very Happy

We used to have a real tree. The car was filthy after transporting it, there was them little pine things all over the place and I had to chop the tree up to get it out, creating even more mess in the process. There is only one good thing about having a real tree. They smell nice. Other than that it's fake trees all the way for me.

If you want a real Xmas tree we have a Wanderers fan on Nuts  who specialises in Xmas Trees and offers a good rate for fellow nutters. His place is in Hollins Green near Culceth.
His name is Carl Baxter and his website is on the Memberlist or you can send him a PM.
