"He's tactically inept/naive."

I must admit to having used this numerous times in the past, and I was probably one of the first people to start using it regularly during Coyle's reign, but others have picked up on the fact that it's just a better way of saying "he ain't got a clue" and use it willy-nilly.

"He's been a great servant to the club."

God bless them for their input, and all at the cost of £x0k a week. It's begun to feel ritual for at least one person to mention it each time the debate arises.

"There's never a Plan B."

Yep. Having just the one majestic strategy isn't enough.
Again, I don't think people think before they write it.

He's too lightweight for the Championship.

Nat beat me to "lightweight"

there's also the classic "he's shit" after a 10 minute sub appearance.

Largehat started that one, he loves the players you know. He's named all his cats after them.

Yes, I'm considered quite intelligent. Look back at your own forum over the past few months - see how often thi term is thrown about in reaction to the tinniest thing.

Of course he does, Pereguin (BH's real name) goes to the gay cruising ground between Darwen and Bolton every night!

I think BH hides his light under a bushel, and responds how he thinks we expect him to, because quite simply, nobody can really be as brash or daft as he makes out. The amusing thing is how people respond to him, showing their own shortcomings rather than his.

How about how we hear certain clubs like Newcastle, Man City, Stoke, etc have the best fans. Aren't all fans the same?

Something I have never understood is people saying 'He has a good touch for a big man' - are all tall players cack handed and cannot control their feet?

'He hit it with his favourite left foot' - like he carries 3 or 4 left feet around with him.

If a foreign player had scored that goal we would be going crazy about it for weeks. No we wouldn't.

I've just chased Adam Bogdan out of my garden, the little smelly ginger tom.
