Personally I think celebs are entitled to some privacy same as the rest of us but the sad fact is that sex sells, especially newspapers and on various internet sites. I remember the business with Ashley Cole a few years back, he had sex with a hairdresser in a hotel and then seemed genuinely shocked when she immediately sold the story to the papers.

I think celebs need to be a little more careful in choosing who they share their bed with because sadly some people can't be trusted to respect their partner's privacy anyway and money talks as well.
