Has anyone done the math on GD? I have gone over it countless times and keep coming up with -23, yet the table shows -22.
The point was at -22, since our 11th game losing against Aston Villa, we have picked up 32 points, and (if the table is correct) our GD is -4. That's pretty remarkable against the first 11 games, where we stood with 2 points and a GD of -18.
Let's hope (if we play tomorrow), that we take maximum points and start to pull away from the relegation zone. This would indeed be The Great Escape. Still too many points to play for, and we have to take them one at a time.
