Paypal Issues

Not sure if anyone on here will know but I ordered a pair of shoes for the Mrs last month and did not fit so I returned them and got the refund for the return postage from the return shipping on us that Paypal are doing at the moment.

Got confirmation from the company to say that the return was accepted and that it would take up to 21 days to refund my money!

It's getting close to that number now and have seen the Trust Pilot reviews on this and everyone is being fobbed off regarding the returns.

I've been into paypal to open up a claim but all I can see is opening up a claim if item hasn't arrived or item is not as described.

Anyone have better experience with Paypal?

I've had my Paypal account limited,until I can prove who I am!! I've used Paypal since 2010.

I uploaded the documents they requested before Easter,yet my account is still limited.

Well pissed off.

You can complain as much as you like but you'll never get round Paypal infallibility.

luckily the company issued a full refund this morning after leaving a negative review on Trustpilot.
