Stay away from the botox Nat because it really isn't worth it!

I am totally at a loss as to why a girl who is quite pretty or any woman would do that to herself. We need a female perspective - Nat/Sunlight?

What isn't being asked is whether she is happy with the change. Maybe she is

You can get the same effect by pushing your lips onto the window pane. Just carry a car window around with you for every selfie.

I remember this story, and she was far from happy. It was a botched job. What baffles me is why she felt she needed the lip job in the first place.

Perhaps she might have been wise to try it out on a car before she committed to the real thing? Such a shame.

Saw her recently on TV, and she's still got those lips, mostly. I always thought they went away after a while

Another Good God!

The tub of flora margarine in the office is now at about 35 percent toast crumbs. Shameless.

The pair of you should be ashamed.

Get some proper salted butter down you, Country Life or some of that Kerry Gold! Very Happy

I only eat butter on toast or if I'm having a chip butty. Nothing else will do in such cases.

I only use Lurpak Spreadable.

Twirl on toast with lashings of Lurpak is a Friday night treat.

As karly says there is no substitute for salted butter. Great on toast, in sandwiches and for cooking.

Do you remember when we were told that butter was unhealthy and we should eat margarine instead? I wasted years eating that crap due to simplistic medical advice. It is far more complicated than that. Here is an article that explains the pros and cons if anyone is interested:

i use butter when I can, which is rare nowadays as the bloody stuff doesn't spread from the fridge, and if you leave it out it goes too soft.

We've thrown out so many over the years. Starts off as a good idea, then can't be arsed to put it in there.  Very Happy

We tried that spreadable butter in a tub, but it's rubbish.
