I love parmesan on top of a lot of meals.

I also love cheese toasties, preferably made with crumbly lancashire.

I once bought a piece of cheese from a farm shop and it was called Stinking Bishop. I don't know if it had been allowed to mature under a Bishop's Cassock but it smelt as if it had been scraped from under an unwashed foreskin. As for the taste, it was delicious.

I like cheese, but the only thing that puts me off is that, it smells like sweaty feet.

Next time you have it, smell it, and tell me if it does or not.

Yes I'll go along with them with a proper strong Cheddar, Blue Wensleydale and Double Gloucester from our butchers.

If you like cheese on toast then try sprinkling a bit of Lancashire sauce on it.

Mature Cheddar or the crumbly Lancashire are my favourites, but I am also partial to Feta with a salad.

I like Haloumi, either fried or grilled and Feta cheese is very tasty in a Greek salad with beef tomatoes and cucumber.

Halloumi, Stilton, and Jarlsberg, but will usually try anything. Gotta have Parmesan on my spagbol. Also like those Primula cheeses in a tube, with Prawn my favourite.

I love cheese. If I could only have one type it would be mature Cheddar but there are so many different types. Other favourites include French cheeses like Reblochon, Comte and Rocquefort; or lesser known English cheeses like Burwash Rose, Sussex Slipcote and Waterloo.

I prefer to eat them with crusty bread or Carr's Water Biscuits so that I can really taste the cheese.
