Has anyone been to a property auction?  I'm going to attempt to get on the property ladder by purchasing a house at auction, which will require a bit of work and hopefully get myself a bargain.

Do-plenty-of-research-first-a-lot-of-auction-properties-are-sold-blindly-so-you-don´t-actually-know-of-any-underling-faults-if-you-can-try-to-track-down-the-previous-owners-of-all-properties-you-maybe-intr-ersted-in-I´m-certain-they-will-give-you-their-honest-opinion,-also-have-a-budget-and-stick-to-it.

Going to see the property I intend to bid on.  Thanks for the advice.  I've looked at what houses on the street have sold for and if I can get for the guide price I'll be laughing...
