The man is vermin, everyday the mouthpiece of BWFC constantly spout how they are going to give the young players a chance and then they decide to send them out on loan?

Conference Premier side Chester have signed teenage Bolton duo Chris Lester and Conor Wilkinson on a month's loan.

Striker Wilkinson, 18, joined Wanderers from Millwall in July, while 19-year-old midfielder Lester came through Bolton's youth system.

Neither have featured at senior level at the Reebok Stadium.

"Conor is a big striker who has certainly made an impact recently and comes to us in great form," Chester boss Neil Young told the club website.

"Naturally we're delighted to have him here, whilst Chris is also a great addition for us and will make our midfield stronger."

If you're being serious this is an incredibly stupid comment.

Very few young players can stroll into the first team and make a difference, it makes far more sense loaning them out to a club in a lower division and see how they react to the step up.

There will be a recall option and if they're doing well they'll come back. We can't guarantee either any game time but if they impress there they'll move up the pecking order. Why would any sane manager/fan drop Beckford and play Wilkinson at the moment? If he didn't perform straight away the same fans crying for him to be put in the team would be slating them, shattering his confidence.

As much as I would like to see the 2 being given a run out in the first team, they are obviously not quite ready at the moment so this loan should do them some good.

To a side in the conference?

Isn't it better they gain experience and a good run out or are you totally against it?

Still first team competitive football at a decent level. Better than being in the reserves every week.
