Big , big game in so many ways - not least as thanks to Liverpool losing to QPR tonight we are once again in the bottom three.

How will we approach this game - will the emotion get too much for us all?

Who will Coyle pick and how will we play?

I fear the worst - hope I'm proved wrong though.

Blackburn are on something of a roll, but I'm hopeful the Bolton players will be up for it and want to win it for Muamba. Should be a decent crowd as well which always helps.

A narrow 2-1 victory with Klasnic getting the winner.

There will be big pressure on the players to put in a top performance, half the world will be watching I suspect! But they can do it, hopefully recent events will put a bit of fight into the players and we can beat Rovers. I suspect a draw though.

We did them at Ewood Park and the pressure is now off Steve Keane so it might just be a good day for the men in white.

I'm up for this now, after the encouraging news about Fab.

Go for a 2-1 win Bolton.

RT, They may actually play better now the pressure is off for a while! don't want to make a prediction, will just wait and see what happens, bearing in mind that we were starting to look less shaky, and Blackburn are on a roll

Aside from the distressing experience they had at WHL, and the obvious affect of not being able to select Muamba, everything else about the build up to this game could work in our favour.

I'm referring to the general goodwill towards the club, the fact that instead of having to play 2 full, tough away games in the run up to this, the lads have only had to play half a game, and the "do it for Fab" factor, which might just give us a massive bounce. Fingers crossed.

Yeah and all the days of missed training and moping about will help us. Not.

Who should start then? TBH Fab would probably still get in my first eleven from his bed - rather have a gap than Pratley.

In terms of the result it will come down to how the players respond. If they feel sorry or themselves and somehow feel down in the dumps then it will get to them and they will crumble. If Coyle can gee them up and they hold their heads up then the good news on Fab could go in our favour. They may put in the best fight ever as a show of solidarity and hunger for life.

They have missed one day of training, Monday. And in that day they would have been preparing for the Villa game.

Tuesday they wouldn't have been training as they would have been travelling to Birmingham.

You do seem to want to be of a somewhat negative, contrary disposition lately, jayjay. What's the matter, are your bowels troubling you?

A massive game for us for all the obvious reasons. This will be a test of both the players and especially Coyle. Can he inspire them to win this for Muamba? I hope so but my head tells me this will be a score draw, probably 2-2.

We have to win, otherwise we could actually end up bottom!!!!

I go with what Quent says with a 2-1 win with Klasnic getting the late goal!

I've got a feeling that OC might go 442 for this one and play experienced carthorses across the back to deal with Hoilett and Yakubu. Perhaps something like:
Bogdan
Steinsson Ream Wheater Ricketts
Ryo Mavies NRC Wylde (if cleared to play)
Ngog Klasnic

Wylde has only just signed, he still has to serve his mandatory 3 months on the bench.

Its only 3 months nowadays? Thought it was still half a season, unless injuries or illness takes out half the squad!

I think he'll will go with Wanderlust's team (minus Wylde, plus Petrov) simply because it's the same sort of side that won at Ewood. Daft? Yes. But it's Coyle!

4-4-2 is tempting since 4-5-1 would mean bringing Pratley in. I wouldn't mind 4-4-2 if it involved the right strikers. N'Gog - yes. Tuncay - yes. Sordell - maybe. Klasnic - no, unless he vowed to work. Davies - a million times no.

Coyle wont start Wylde, hes been here a week and I cant imagine its been the best week to join a club and get used to them in training.
