Eaves loan extended

Tom Eaves' loan deal with Shrewsbury has been extended until the end of the season.

Having returned to Greenhous Meadow for a second spell with the club back in November, the front man has impressed in his six appearances for the Shrews, scoring one goal in the process.

He will now remain with the club until the campaign reaches its conclusion.

Fair enough. He's not shown anything at Shrewsbury that would suggest he's good enough to compete for a place in our first team.
I imagine that Dougie will try to sell him to Shrewsbury in the summer and if we're really lucky we might get a few hundred thou for him and cut our losses.

i had high hopes for this lad, lets not write him off just yet. With our current financial state he is the sort of young talent we need to be looking to come good
