King Prawn Linguine in a Lobster Bisque. I'm fed up of Scarborough Pheasant.

My wife's family are originally from rural Lincolnshire (Bardney) and every time one of them comes up here to visit, they bring a bin bag full of pheasants with them.

I'm heartily sick of pheasant, so I know what you're saying, RT.

Apparently the landfill sites of Lincolnshire are awash with unwanted pheasant at the moment.

They can't give 'em away down there.

Do they not have natural predators?

Scarborough Pheasant is a pisstake nickname for a seagull. There are millions of the buggers!     I once went into a posh restaurant in Cheshire and asked the Landlord if they had Scarborough Pheasant on the menu and he replied that they were very rare and they didn't get them in very often!         

I bet they didn't!!!!!

My Russian girlfriend who lives in Moscow with her sick mother who needs my monthly cheques for medicines told me so.

Chippy tea tonight. 

Chicken breast topped with cheese and bacon tonight with thin cut chips and garden peas.

Belly Pork with Apple sauce, Jersey Royal spuds and Cauliflower, Broccoli and Carrots.

Sausage sandwich, followed about 40 minutes later by jelly belly gourmet beans.
Half way through the football, and I'm bloody starving. Time for a fridge raid.

Left over BBQ meat's, Salad, new pot's and prawns.
OH and french bread, lemon cheese cake for afters.
