Anyone like chocolate spread on toast? Kids love it but doesn't float my boat, I'd imagine peanut butter on toast to be the same.

Never tried it and don't plan to. Chocolate and toast do not mix.

It's an American staple!

(But they call jam "jelly" - don't make the same mistake I made the first time I tried making one....)
Americans seem to like eating weird food combinations.

Do you like jam with your PB Breadders?

Sorry to break this to you, Boncey but Whole Earth is made in the same mixing vessels as all the rest of the Duerrs (pardon the expression) shit......

RT, I know where Mark Duerr lives but I'm being the bigger man.

I had my poo in his tank and that'll do me.... Very Happy
Cheers Bread, looks like pb is off the menu for a while. Heston Wotsit could learn a thing or two from you.

That could be why his restaurant the fat duck got closed down for a while due to everyone getting food poisoning.

Peanut butter is amazing but putting butter on before it is f'n mental in my opinion and ruins it completely. Matter of taste I guess but it's very sickly with butter.

I have never put Peanut Butter on toast - I like it with just regular bread. I like it with Jam (Jelly for the Yanks) every now and then but I find it can become cloying like that.

I'm glad I'm not alone. It seems to be an American thing this peanut butter malarkey. I had some Malaysian Pork Satay kebab skewers in a restaurant not all that long ago and they tasted odd. When I looked at the menu I saw they were coated in peanut butter.  pale
