No he's called Chris, why do you know some other coward who likes to glass people?

I did know someone exactly like that. Worst kind of coward. A mate of mine got done by him at a pub in darcy lever. There are some horrible cunts in this world. There really is.

It's a mean cowardly act.
I've noticed a lot of women resorting to it over recent years. Horrible.

The women are worse than men these days!

I feel for you Norpig. This is exactly why I no longer go in pubs. Too many dickheads. And it doesn't help that the law is way too soft on these twats.

Sorry to hear about your eye Norpig. Had no idea either. Horrible story. Was she worth it?

And okocha, what happened in the end with your dad? Did you resolve things?

Thanks for asking, Biggie, but it's Norpig who deserves our concern. That's just a horrible thing to happen.
My incident with my dad is probably no worse than happens in many homes between family members.....but it has plagued my conscience for years.
In a ridiculous, insane moment, I  said something thoughtless and demeaning to the person who deserved it least in the whole world. What's worse is that we never talked about it and I have let the guilt fester unspoken inside me ever since.....until he passed away, still with no word spoken on the topic.

As a result, I cannot listen to The Living Years by Mike and the Mechanics without choking with emotion, and Dylan Thomas' poem Do Not Go Gentle into that Good Night brings me to my knees in the same way that I brought my father to his knees that awful moment.
I never told him what I really felt for him.
