I had to google it and it does ring a bell somewhat from the pics but not sure.

Quite a few urban myths about the show still abound, but I certainly don't remember coming across Master Bates,or Seaman Stains,despite the stories.
"coming across" is probably the wrong phrase,but you know what I mean.

The Muppet Show was a primetime programme made by ATV/Central - and yet many people think it was an American show!
