The 35 year old midfielder is set to leave Blackburn Rovers at the end of the season where he has featured in 314 games and scoring in 50 of them where he has had 2 spells with the club, the years 1998-2003 and 2007-2015.

Would he be worth a season with us perhaps?

Agree with boggers on this one, he had a chance to join us and plus bringing in another 35 year old is going to make us look like dads army next season

Doubt he'd come anyway, but why would we want somebody who has nearly 20 years of history as an 'injury prone ponce'.

We need people that are good on the pitch though.
