There are some seriously fucked up people on this planet.

Attacking defenceless kids is cowardly enough but walking by and doing nothing is equally as cowardly.

If you saw this happening on the street in front of your very eyes could you or would you just let it happen? Just look at how many people pass by without helping and how long it takes to tend to this poor kid after what has happened. Just shocking.

It sounds like the perpetrator had mental issues seeing as how he is being assessed. You would have to be a few sandwiches short of a picnic to carry out such an attack on a defenceless child.

That has to be the most appallingly sickening thing I've ever seen. There didn't seem to be any reason for the attack; the perpetrator seemed to be just walking by and then suddenly went berserk. Hard to believe that the child is still alive.

Dont make it any better im afraid. 

Either way, if I was the judge, there would be 2 outcomes. 

If its confirmed he has no 'real' mental health issues - Life in prison and id make sure every thug in the prison had seen a copy of this video. 

If he has mental health issues - Section him for life in a secure unit. 

Either way, guy isn't safe to be around kids full stop.
