I don't see us being able to sign anyone useful at all if 150K is too much to buy a guy who could be playing in Europe next season instead. 

Correct you are sir ...  the lack of cash currently available is scary.  You have to figure that half the teams in the Champs will spend more than us at this rate.
I'd pay money to hear an interview with Fat Phil about his plans for the club this season.

I won't say money is tight, but I did hear they hired one Mrs. Lovett to make next year's meat pies.
