Morning all.

Landed back at 03:30 today.

Great holiday - didn't get killed at all. Not even a little bit.

Bit tired now though - more thoughts later.

(Thanks for your concern regarding our well being, by the way. If that's what it really was..... Very Happy )

This one's for RT, as he asked for some feedback on Oludeniz when I got back.

So here goes:

Lovely people (genuinely friendly, as opposed to pretending they like you just to get your money off you).

Scenery very nice, although not as breathtaking as everybody bangs on about it being - Kefalonia and Parga in Greece were just as spectacular in my opinion.

Food great - smashed my own PB and had three kebabs in one day last week (Well chuffed, Brian. I put a lot of effort in and got my reward. Totally smashed it!)

The main beach is a bit stony, but the one you have to pay to get in is sandy enough and is quite nice.

Everything's cheap, as the Lira is currently running at just a shade over four to the pound.

A large coke (pint) comes in at about £1.50 and I'd defy anybody to get one cheaper than that in a pub over here.

However.....

The main drag is like Malia or Laganas in Zante, ie full of chavvy shops catering to chavvy Brits who want PG Tips with their £2 Breakfast and it's not very pleasant.

We enjoyed it but I doubt we'll be going back.
