£500,000 needed.

Has anyone read that BWFC are asking fans to make a donation towards the purchase of Adam Le Fondre? It's been mentioned in the papers apparently. The club are short by half a million to sign ALF and are hoping donations from fans can cover the shortfall.

I don't think the club asked anyone to try and raise the money. Think it was a fan took it upon himself to raise the money. Think £500k wouldn't be enough anyway. It has been mentioned on here though

The fact any money raised if it doesn't reach the total "goes to charity" is a bit open. What charity, his holiday fund??
