I remember it very well, it was my era! Used to love Grange Hill. It was quite a shocking thing at the time having a kids programme show a kid becoming addicted to Heroin. The song was rubbish though.

I agree it looks like 3 at the back with wingbacks - so two in the middle of the park - Cullen and Karacan with two wingers.
