Christmas gifts.

Don't know about anyone else, but I was sadly disappointed this year.
Not a single pair of slippers, and, despite everyone knowing I love reading, not a single book token.
My brother bought me a DVD. (The Complete Four Feather Falls) and a book about the Dandy and Beano.
I've been given enough bathroom stuff to last me thirty years. After shave, deodorant, shaving gel, and a jet power water flosser, which, on first use nearly took my eye out. I've still not mastered it, and I'm beginning to approach my nightly ablutions with more than a little fear and dread.
Got a nice Wanderers rain jacket though, so not a complete washout.

I got amoung other gifts, 5 toblerones.

Bollocks! I love Toblerone (only the big ones) and got none.

I did get a pair of luxury leather slippers in blue from M&S.

I got enough chocolate to last me until June at least. Which is odd, as they all know I'm a diabetic.

It’s the same with the Mrs Glos. she got chocolate from everyone when they know she’s trying to lose a few pounds! Very evil!

I hate Toblerone.

I must be the lucky one then. No bathroom smellies, no socks or slippers, no chocolates. I got about a dozen books all of which I had dropped hints about. So I'm set for weeks!!

I received a beautiful pearl necklace from my current squeeze, Clive.
