I didnt know ACDO was Astley Bridge. My brother always used to say `only dirty people wash`, which usually got him a right winger.

Really? the last time I was in Astley Bridge a few years ago there was a cash and carry behind there. I am trying to place it.

You are thinking of St. Paul’s church. The cash and carry was next door. st. Paul’s School is facing the side of it.

It's National Dog Day on the 26th, and a couple of our local pubs are offering a free pint to anyone who rocks up to the bar with their canine chum.
