How they know it's not terror related? I can't see that they have taken enough time to establish that yet.

From what i've read it seems to be mental health related. A young girl was shot as well which makes it even more shocking.

The "incel" thing has a lot of traction in the USA where more than 50 people have been murdered. There are apparently online groups of incels and there was an interesting article about whether or not it should be considered a terrorist group in May in the Gurniad.
