Anyone having one in their street this Jubilee Bank Holiday?

Our street is having one on Friday but Mrs Pig is out with my youngest (going to see Beauty & the Beast the Musical) so i may just avoid it. My neighbour is a knobhead anyway so not having to make small talk with him will be worth hiding in the house Very Happy

Big street party in the town square on Sunday. Supposed to book a table and bring a picnic but all the pubs are serving on the street and there'll be bands on all day and rides for the kids plus some excess profiteering from random stalls selling alpaca cheese and hand knitted willie warmers.
Weather forecast is for pissing rain of course.
I'll be going and the entire town will be getting bladdered and embarrassing themselves.
Personally I'm all for it and will be raising a glass to the best queen I've ever been ruled over by.

Wish I was in the country this weekend. I’ve seen pics of my favorite pub and beer garden decked out in bunting and desperately wish I could be there. Enjoy the opportunity to get out and connect with your friends and neighbors - there’s no footy on after all.
