Offensive comedy.

Sarah Millican's husband is known for his one liners, but do they float your boat? Is this funny?

Definitely.

All comedy can be offensive to some people, i think he's funny but if you don't like that kind of humour just don't watch!

So many snowflakes trying to cancel comedians because a joke upset them is ridiculous. Look at all the flak Jimmy Carr and Ricky Gervais have had recently. Joe Lycett had someone call the Police recently to complain about one of his jokes!

Look at what happened to Lenny Bruce.
Delaney's type of comedy won't sustain a career, but I suppose it pays a few bills. I judge comedy in the simplest, and best way......does it make me laugh.
I laughed at a couple of his observations, but he's no Steven Wright.

It was the only euphamism I could think of at the time but I see your point there.

I don't mind being offended but I've gone past jokes about fannies and cocks years ago, do grown ups really find them funny?

I guess some do, we've certainly had one on here posting them frequently enough.

I much prefer humour that makes you think and is more challenging than such basic crudity dressed up as being 'offensive'.

Stewart Lee's stuff for instance.

Stewart Lee is a genius.

Sorry but I don’t find any of these modern day so called comedians funny. Most humour is based on mocking something, or someone but sadly these days that means risking causing offence to some group of wokies or other.. I know it shows my age but bring back the proper comedians from days gone by for me. That said, one of the funniest comedians I’ve ever seen live was Ken Dodd. He used to do small venues for charity and you came out with sore sides yet I’m not sure his humour offended anyone. It can be done but is very difficult and you need to actually be a funny person which most today are not.

Are any jokes too offensive, so much so that they should be cancelled?
