Blackpool field a very strong side, most of whom have been involved with the first team squad at some stage, but undaunted, the Wanderers take an early lead and then cling on until Blackpool are awarded a soft penalty late in the half to equalise. Before that Blackpool hit the post twice and had several really close efforts.
