I remember beat The Clock. At the end the contestant had to rearrange words into a well known phrase.
It was quite a show. Plate spinners, jugglers, even a few fire eating acts. All considered old hat now.
Brings back a lot of happy memories though, when mum, dad and my brother and I, sat together as one for a change, glued to the tv. And had to actually get up and push a button to change channels!
