Nope, but he's a winger surely the last position we need to be buying for.

It could be that Dougie has no long term plans for Petrov and Wylde ?

Well he hasn't exactly over used Petrov since he came in and Wylde is at busy so if they were to go we would be short on wingers, especially left sided ones.

The report doesn't exactly give much info on the lad, are you sure it's not Leigh town centre we want?

Either way, we need a center back, full back, defensive midfielder and striker before a winger IMO.

Seems pointless going for a winger when we have Chungy, Petrov, Wylde and Eagles who can all play on the wing. Perhaps Dougie is building for the future?

Can't argue with that, Dougies main priority for me is a proven goal scorer at his level, a grant holt/ kevin phillips type player who will always be in the right place at the right time. Another centre back is also a must, i've no doubt DF has a list of players he has in mind that he's put towards the board.

He's a free agent though so i would have no problem if DF was looking to bring in people who can have an impact before January.

Ye i agree, can't imagine he'd command a big wage so why not.

Looks OK but why can't we source promising and inexpensive players in the positions where we need them?
