I had to laugh the other night when Rooney scored the commentators reaction was as if he'd just scored in the 92nd minute of the world cup final. 

Sadly it was a game against montenegro.

There was an article in the Telegraph today saying that performance "bodes well" for the world cup.

scraping past an abysmal Montenegro bodes well for matches (potentially) against Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Belgium, Italy, France, Holland. Erm ok. 

England will win this match at a canter and "scrape" through a group that was completely and utterly devoid of any discernible quality what so ever and be hailed as world beaters as usual. Wake up call coming... The world cup.

I don't buy or read any red tops (traditional ones such as the sun, mirror etc)

I'm glad Woy's made it to the finals as there was a lot of stick heading in his direction form a jingoistic media so f*** 'em.
Think Woy's done very well with a limited talent pool of ageing players who couldn't win it even at their peak and youngsters who aren't quite ready yet.
