Goalkeeper loses FOUR fingers in horrific accident

According to the Daily Mail, 34 year old Uruguayan goalkeeper Juan Obelarhas been forced to retire due to losing four fingers in a horrific accident where he was putting wood through a plane where it ripped off four of his digits.

He has now been left with just a thumb on his left hand.

Unfortunately, surgeons will not be able to stitch any of the fingers back on although they will try to rebuild a bit of his hand.
