Fair play to them.

Terry to miss final after being sent off.

2 shots on target, 2 goals. I suppose you could call that clinical.

TBF Terry deserved to get sent off. I just hope Chelsea can get enough defenders ready for their game against QPR on Saturday. we don't want those Southern Jessies resting on their laurels now they are in the CL final.

QPR are safe, maybe Wigan haven't quite pulled away just yet hey.

As for Chelsea, hope they get absolutely embarrassed in the final, anti-football shite.

Wooohooo, I absolutely loved that, I like Chelsea and it was just brilliant to see them beat Barca. Great for the Premiership too that the club in 6th place can beat the mighty Barca. Woooohooo. What an evening with us winning too. Fucking get in there.

I'm with Malcolm Everett on this one. A Chelsea v Mourinho final would be quite fitting.

Again, what benefit does this give to "english football"?

All the benefit is to Chelsea.

Or do we get some money or something?

Sorry but this is a pet peeve of mine (incase you couldn't tell lol)!

I can see where Malcolm is coming from. Barca were expected to thrash Chelsea at the Nou Camp but the southern jessies rolled up their sleeves and showed a bit of good old fashioned English grit. It's what we are famous for. If Barcelona are as great as they say they are then they should have comfortably beat Chelsea who only had ten men.

People keep saying they'll lose and they keep winning.

If don't bite the dust, maybe it will be Wig.

Blackburn Wigan has just taken on a new significance.

This has absolutely no bearing on it.

until you have a league which contains all the spanish teams and all the english teams you'll never know which is the better league.

Agreed, don't benefit any team other than Chelski, fair play to them on a backs to the wall performance,
as good as Barca are supposed to be, thought they were piss poor in front of goal

Financial Terms:

Teams competing well in European leagues attracts players to them, which improves the quality of the team, which in turn improves the quality of the league and brings more money to it and all its members through television and advertising.

Patriotic Terms:

We just beat those smug Spaniards.
