All well before my time but still something I've always understood was a big part of our musical history up here.

I love this track - simple but brilliant:

20th anniversary concert at The Beck Theatre in 1989. 9 of us stuffed into a camper van went down to see it. Brilliant. 

Not a big Clapton fan but his latest offering "The Breeze, A Tribute To JJ Cale" is top drawer.

His guitar solo on the track Aqualung is still a joy to behold!!

I should have been at the Cropredy festival this Saturday,but my spell in hospital has put paid to that. Gave the tickets away.Still,I've seen plenty of Fairport in my time,but here's some more anyway.
