It can. If you have no symptoms I wouldn't worry.

Apparently most men will have early stage prostate cancer by the time they die. Not sure how reassuring this is though.

I had a full MOT in 2008. My doc sent me for a load of blood tests including one for diabetes and one for prostate. Everything came back clear apart from my cholestrol which was nearly seven.

I much prefer giving a blood test than having my brown starfish prodded and probed.
