Performance v selection issue

OC finally came out and said our performance was substandard v Millwall - whereas he usually says something along the lines of "we played well but were unlucky/had harsh decisions against us"

So I can see that if he believes we played well in previous games that would justify him not dropping certain players/giving other squad members a shot.

But as he now admits Millwall was a poor performance, does this mean he will actually try something new in terms of selection?

Or will he justify not changing anything by going down the route of collective responsibility i.e. no player had a bad game but we didn't play well as a team, therefore no change?

He wont change anything. They just had an off game
