Can I use season ticket on my phone?

Hey all. It's been a while.

So I bought my season ticket today. And after purchase it said " thanks, purchase complete, here is your reference number"...

But that is all.

It didn't say if it will come in the post, or if its managed via an app or anything. And if it is online, no instructions on what to do or how to use it.

Can anyone enlighten me before tomorrow?

I would imagine you pick your ST up from the Ticket Office.

Just contact them this afternoon just to be on the safe side.

Thanks Sluffy. I had already tried that number multiple times with no answer. I would have expected at least an email to say what happens next... Even if it was an email to say collect from the ticket office.

Mine comes in an email with a download link for my iPhone wallet, or google pay, depending on your phone.
Once on your phone just use it like a normal ticket. I've got a plastic card, which I prefer, but each to his own.

About an hour before the match I got an email saying, download your season card.
So I did.
It basically saves to GPay on your android.
Happy days.
