Bolton Wanderers are saddened to hear of the death of former player Dennis Stevens. The 1958 FA Cup-winning inside forward made over 300 appearances for Wanderers, netting over 100 goals.

I mentioned Dennis Stevens the other month. He was in the bed next to my grandad in hospital in October. Very interesting guy. Unfortunately he was asleep most of the time so didnt get to really chat to him!
