This is where the season starts, it might be blind faith but I honestly think we will beat them.

If we got at them like we did last season at Ewood we will win comfortably.

Tough game, i suspect even too.

i agree this will be tough, especially as they had a big win at the weekend and will be a lot more confident than we will be. If we get a draw i would be happy based on our current performances.

I reckon we'll get dicked, 4-0 Rovers with at least 2 for Rhodes.

There's going to be a few injuries for this game too - Tierney is the latest player to be injured

Going to be a tough game, Im expecting a reaction though. If Tierney's out of the game as BTID says I think we'll have to play Ream at left back? If so I think we'll line up:

Give Moritz a free role to get right up and support Beckford, I think he needs a striker partner close by. Hall deserves a start and we could do with his pace.

If we lose it will be because of injuries - in fact that excuse has been used already.

This site has been a nightmare the last few days, I seem to be the only one not going into meltdown 4 games into a new season..

Anyway, we'll win this 2-1 and everyone will love Dougie again.

And hell fire there's certainly been enough.

As always I hope we go there and hammer them .....

But in reality 3-1 Blackburn.  Doog has his excuse built in with the injuries ....to boot even with the regulars I think we would get tonked anyhow. 

All we can do is hope that we can nick it.

Has anybody heard anything about Eagles? Will he be fit, considering how many matches he's missed I haven't actually seen a time frame for a return yet.

We'll be the underdogs in this game and with good reason. The likelihood is we'll get spanked with so many regulars out. So let's looks at it another way. Instead of picking the usual suspects like Mears to stand in, why not try something different? All we have to lose is 3 points and if we stick with the same (losing) system with worse players it will happen. So how about giving White a game at FB and throw in one or two other youngsters? If they get Championship game time and do OK they'll be contenders for regular places and at least increase the competition for places which may get the regulars to pull the stops out. And if they get spanked then at least the regulars will get a break and be fresher next time out.
